When do I get my photos/What is the turnaround time?


Photos will be delivered on the next business day (M-F) by the end of the day. Photoshoots completed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.




How many photos do I get?


We never limit the number of photos we deliver. Our photographer will shoot all presentable areas of the property from multiple angles, and we will process and deliver all of the images. This will usually mean between 40 and 100 images depending on the size and complexity of the property.




Will you photograph closets, storage spaces, laundry rooms, and unfinished basements?


Yes. However, we usually avoid most of these unattractive areas unless they are specifically requested. If you would like us to include them, please say so.




Do I own the photos once I have them?


Both you and we retain an unlimited lifetime usage license for all delivered images once the related invoice has been paid. You are free to use them as you like for as long as you like.




How do I pay for my photos?


We will send you an electronic invoice via our Square invoicing account around the same time that we send your finished images. You can pay the invoice with a credit card using this online infrastructure, or you can call the office with your card information. We also accept PayPal and paper checks.




Do you have an e-Key for Supra access?


Most of our photographers have an e-Key. Please let us know if our photographer will need one to access your listing when you schedule your appointment with us.
